When we say ” NutsnFlakes “, “We”, “Our”, “Us” we’re talking about “Lonar Daily Solutions Pvt. Ltd.” registered in India having registered office at Flat No. F-101, Solitaire Residency, Jagtap Dairy Road, Rahatani, Pune-411017, Maharashtra, constituted under “The Companies Act, 2013” together with its parent companies, holding companies, subsidiaries and other associated companies as the case may be. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to all of our apps, services, features, software, and website (together, “Services”) unless specified otherwise.

The NutsnFlakes Platform are owned and operated by Lonar Daily Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

USER CONSENT

By using our Platform, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information collected by us in accordance with this Policy.

LINKS ON APPLICATION, WEBSITES

NutsnFlakes Application, Websites may contain links to other websites. Any personal information about you collected while visiting such websites is not governed by this Policy. NutsnFlakes shall not be responsible for and has no control over the practices and content of any website accessed using the links contained on the Services.

This Policy shall not apply to any information you may disclose to any of the service providers/service personnel which we do not require you to disclose to us or any of our service providers under this Policy.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU

As and when you use the NutsnFlakes Platform we may collect certain Information from you. Some of this Information may be Personal Data and some of the Information may be Anonymous Information. We will only use this Information in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

a. We collect your Name, E-Mail ID, mobile phone number etc. to create a NutsnFlakes Account. You also allow us to have access to calendar, other mobile phone numbers present in your mobile address book and at the same time you also confirm that you are authorized to do so.

b. While accessing our services, you also share / add other information to our account like your login name, password, address, date of birth, payment or banking information, profile picture etc.

c. In the ordinary course, to provide you service by us, we will store your data/information (including your messages, photos, GPS locations, payment or banking information, order history, subscription etc.) in an encrypted form to facilitate you while changing devices or numbers; and this data / information will be stored until the user deletes his account.

d. We will provide you Customer Support for best use of NutsnFlakes Platform. For having this support, you may email us with your concerns/queries relating to our Services and you may also let us know how we can contact you to support you in availing the services.

Collection and User registration:

Some features of the NutsnFlakes Platform which requires you either to (1) confirm your mobile number, login ID, and/or (2) register before you can access those features.

As part of the confirmation or registration process you may be asked to provide certain Information about yourself. This could be one or more of the following items of Personal Data:

a. Your name,

b. Your date of birth,

c. Your mobile phone number,

d. Your Address with post code,

e. Username and password, Etc.

We may also collect the following kinds of Information from you whether or not you register with us:

a. Messages submitted via the NutsnFlakes Website.

e. Information relating to your use of the NutsnFlakes Platform.

Certain features of the NutsnFlakes Platform allow you to create, submit, post, display, transmit or share content on or through the NutsnFlakes Platform (“User Generated Content”). Please be aware that even if you remove personal details that you posted on the NutsnFlakes Platform, copies may still remain viewed in cached and archived pages of the NutsnFlakes Platform or on another user’s device.

IT IS ALSO IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT YOU AND NOT NUTSNFLAKES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND CONTROL YOUR USER GENERATED CONTENT. IF YOUR USER GENERATED CONTENT CONTAINS ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION, NUTSNFLAKES WILL SIMPLY BE ACTING AS THE PROCESSOR OF THAT INFORMATION AND NOT THE DATA CONTROLLER.

3. Information about your device and your use of the NUTSNFLAKES App:

When you use the NUTSNFLAKES App, our servers will automatically record information that your mobile device transmits or sends, including the following:

– A unique device identity,

– Browser Information

– Your Internet Protocol (“IP Address”),

– Mobile network information including phone number,

– The time,

– The make and model of your device (including operating system version)

– The version of the NutsnFlakes App being used,

– Device Identifier,

– Device location,

– User settings, and

– Information about your use of the NUTSNFLAKES App.

We may use this Anonymous Information to optimize your use of the NUTSNFLAKES Platform, to develop new features and functionality, or to develop new products or services which we believe may be of use to you or other users of the NutsnFlakes App.

4. Unique device identifier

The unique device identity referred to in item above is a unique device identifier generated by the NutsnFlakes App when it is first run. The ID is random, seeded from time and does not identify you personally. The ID is used to anonymously track a person’s use of the NutsnFlakes App in the following ways:

– When the user opens the NutsnFlakes App;

– When the user performs certain actions;

– How long a user spends with the app, etc.

5. Log Data:

Our servers will automatically record information that your browser sends when you use the NutsnFlakes Platform (“Log Data”). This may include information such as your device ID, IP Address, browser type, the pages that you visit, time spent on pages and other statistics. We use this Information to better customize the NutsnFlakes Platform to users’ needs. We do not use Log Data in association with any Personal Data, though we may aggregate it to provide a better user experience.

6. GPS Location Data:

NutsnFlakes receive or process GPS location data provided by you or which we receive from location service providers. We will only process location data for which you gave us consent, including your GPS location, which were provided by you or which we may receive from GPS location service providers but only for so long as this is necessary for delivering services through NutsnFlakes Platform and/or to the extent required as permitted by applicable law.

If you choose to email or write to NutsnFlakes about the services provided by NutsnFlakes Platform, or you fill in the on-line Contact or Support request form available on the NutsnFlakes Website, we may collect Information about you from the content of your letter, email or other message e.g. your name, your email address, and what you like or dislike about NutsnFlakes.

We may, from time to time, employ the services of other companies for dealing with certain matters relating to the NutsnFlakes Platform to provide, improve, understand, customize, support and market our services. These matters may include content creation, payment processing, search engine facilities, storage and serving of content, advertising and marketing. These service providers may send us certain personal information relating to you. If they do, we will only use that information in accordance with this Policy. Equally, these companies may collect personal information directly from you. If they do, that company and not NutsnFlakes will be the data controller in respect of any information you provide to them (e.g. your credit card details etc.) and you should check their privacy policy to find out how they will use your information.

b. Others Information about you:

The information provided by other people may include information about you same as you provide us information or you allow us to have access to your address book. We may receive messages sent to you or to groups of which you are member or belongs to.

c. Third Party Service:

Please note that, when we allow you to use our platform in connection with Third Party services then the Terms and Privacy policy of that Third Party will govern your use of those Platform.

HOW DOES NUTSNFLAKES USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We may also use your Information for all or any of the following purposes:

– To enable us to provide you with access to all features and functionality of the NutsnFlakes Platform and to enable you to have access to the Content.

– To enable you to create and share User Generated Content.

– To provide you with service-related updates.

We analyse the log files of our Platform that may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring, app crashes, page viewed and exit websites and applications, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. This helps us to administer the website, to learn about user behaviour on the site, to improve our product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

WHERE WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE PROCESSED?

– If you are a delivery partner, we may share your name, phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable) and tracking details with other users to provide them the Services.

ASSIGNMENT & TRANSFERS

As all our rights and responsibility, obligations under these Terms of Use policy is freely assignable by us to our associates, affiliates or any connection due to merger, acquisition, sale of asset, restructuring or by operation of law or otherwise, we may also transfer your information to any of our associates, affiliates, new owners or entities.

OPT-OUT/WITHDRAW/QUIT

When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from NutsnFlakes. You can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in commercial email messages but note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices, or legal notices from NutsnFlakes.

If you wish to withdraw your consent for the use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner provided in this Policy, please write to us at care@nutsnflakes.com. Please note that we may take time to process such requests, and your request shall take effect no later than 15 (fifteen) business days from the receipt of such request, after which we will not use your personal data for any processing unless required by us to comply with our legal obligations/requirements. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

As the NutsnFlakes Platform and the laws which apply to them will change over time, we reserve the right to make changes to this Policy from time to time. Any such changes to the Policy will be posted to the NutsnFlakes Website or made available within the NutsnFlakes App. You are deemed to have accepted the wording of the amended Policy on your first use of any NutsnFlakes Platform, following the changes.
